I did not enter my season ticket seat details when ordering my kit. Will I still receive my order?
Yes. We will be cross referencing names and addresses with our season ticket database.
Season ticket holder orders will be prioritised over non-season ticket orders.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are normally delivered 2-3 working days after your purchase.
Kit launches delivery can take up to 7 days.
Missing items?
Only received part of your order? We sometimes fulfil items from multiple locations so your order may be split across more than one delivery. Check the items on the despatch note in your parcel against what you've received. If they match, the rest of your order is in a different parcel. If they don't match, give us a call and we'll find out what's happened.
At certain times we are unable to send all of the items that you have ordered. If this is the case, we will send you an email letting you know of any items that are missing from your order.
If an item is missing from a delivery we need to be nofitied within 10 days of receipt of order.

When will collection from Edgeley Park be ready?
We will contact you when your order is ready to collect. The Club Store at the ground is currently closed for refurbishment, we will send you a confirmation email with a date to collect and details of the collection point at Edgeley Park.
How can I get my County shirt personalised?
You can bring your shirt down and get it personalised.
Personalisation costs will be £15.00 Any Name & Number.

Personalised items can't be refunded or exchanged
When will the wider County Store range be available?
New County Casuals and Retro Ranges will be available instore and online.
How do I return a parcel?
You can return your item in its original condition within 30 calendar days. Tags must be attached to the item or garment and a proof of purchase present.
Either visit the Stockport County store at Edgeley Park or alternatively return your item by recorded post.
We are unable to accept returns for any underwear due to hygiene reasons.
Due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garments' washing instructions are followed exactly as stated on the care label. We will not accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing or wear.
Please return all items to the below address including your order reference and a note of what is the reason for return.
