Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options through Royal Mail and other well-known parcel carriers:

Standard Shipping (UK)

  • Cost: £4.50
  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days

Express Shipping (UK)

  • Cost: £10.00
  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

International Shipping

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
  • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days, depending on the destination

Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1 - 2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking information if applicable.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the Royal Mail website using the provided tracking number.

If your location is not listed, please contact our customer service team to see if we can accommodate your order.

Collection
We will contact you when your order is ready to collect. You can collect from the County Store - Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10am till 4pm.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these additional costs prior to completing your purchase.

Missing or Lost Packages
If you believe your package is lost or missing, please contact us at store@stockportcounty.com with your order number and we will assist you in tracking it down. We will also work with Royal Mail to investigate and resolve any issues.
